Yes, outstanding service! Wonderful experience from start to finish! My dolls are 100% as pictured. My doll was 100% as pictured and came with lots of extra accessories like a wig, cleaner and gloves. All my questions were answered promptly (and with detailed additional information and suggestions). My complaints were few and far between and were all personal issues that I will learn to deal with.
